Eightballers from Tennant Creek will travel to compete in the Northern Territory Eightball championship. From the 3rd to the 9th of June 2019, Tennant Creek Eightballers will compete for a chance to become champions of the Northern Territory, with the best players from the week heading off to the national championships in Albury for a chance at the world championships in Blackpool, England.

The Northern Territory Eightball championship will be played at the Katherine Club, commencing 3rd June 2019.

The 2019 Easter Classic saw competitors come from far and wide for a shot at the $7,000 prize pool.

Competitors came from as far as Darwin in the north, Townsville in the east, and Alice Springs in the south for their shot at the prize, but it was Tim Hyde and Harry Watts' weekend, taking out the Blind doubles competition, edging out runners-up Richard Baker (Tennant Creek) & Barry Shonhan (Townsville) in a very close game.

It was also a good weekend for Reigning singles Champion, Chris Beagley (From Darwin), who took out the singles competition in a very close game against Tim Hyde (Litchfield), on a double life. Tim got up against Chris in the first Round, but Chris came back to claim the prize.
